Bob Anthony (Bob) Kelly - Physiotherapist

Anthony (Bob) Kelly graduated from Guys Hospital School of Physiotherapy in 1992. He has since worked in various London Teaching Hospitals; Charing Cross Hospital, Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

'Bob' has developed specialist expertise in treatment and rehabilitation of back and neck disorders integrating Pilate's rehabilitation techniques. He also has a long history of treating patients involved in running, triathlon, rowing and climbing and is particularly skilled in tailor-making training and exercise programmes.

Martine Cooper graduated from the University of East London in 1992 with a first class honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy. She has since worked as a musculo-skeletal specialist in a number of settings: N.H.S, medical centres, private hospital and clinics. Martine has attended numerous post graduate courses to develop her skills, which include acupuncture, manipulation and pilates.

She has developed a special interest in the treatment of Occupational Related Disorders specifically Work Related Upper Limb Disorder (W.R.U.L.D). Martine has lectured to professionals. She has also organised and attended many seminars and conferences in this specialist field. She also has vast experience in consulting for companies to assess individuals display screen set up in the work place and is an I.O.S.H recognised Display Screen Equipment Assessor.


Heidi Heidi Wimmer - Physiotherapist

Heidi Wimmer graduated from the University of Queensland Australia in 1994. She has extensive experience working in both Australia and the United Kingdom. She specialises in musculo-skeletal therapy and dynamic rehabilitation for recovery from injury. Her career has included seven and a half years private practice experience on top of six years working in hospital outpatient departments. She has also worked in a military setting for the Australian army.

Post-Graduate courses include acupuncture and dry needling techniques to complement manual and exercise therapy. She has a special interest in treatment of neck and back dysfunction and has training and experience in diagnostic ultrasound imaging to facilitate rehabilitation of the core stability muscles.

She has experience in ergonomic consulting and on-site work station assessments.


Lesley Lesley Faux - Pilates Instructor/Massage Therapist

For the last 15 years Lesley has been gaining experience in various areas of health and fitness. She is also a personal trainer and stress management practitioner. One of her main goals is to help her clients gain a better body awareness, which includes postural work and alignment correction. The primary focus for her pilates work is to attain a stronger and more stable core which particularly helps with back and shoulder issues. Successful results have evolved from both regular and consistent work on a one to one basis thereafter enhanced with small group class work. The associated  benefits experienced include release of tension and stress, co-ordination and general well-being.
